Sana is an Indian illustrator, designer and comics artist based in the UK. She is interested in storytelling through illustration, and enjoys drawing people, animals and everything in between. Her work is a celebration of texture, play and her multi-cultural identity.
Her style of working is mainly digital, often with snippets of pencil drawings and handmade textures. She works globally on editorial illustration, comics and design. Clients include Current Conservation Magazine, 1Finance Magazine and Paper Planes. She has also illustrated animated stories and led the core design team of the early learning mobile app Kutuki.
She holds an MA in Illustration from Falmouth University. She is inspired by food culture, experimental comics, and city life.
